A Coach Who’s Been in the Room
Though my background is in engineering, I found my true passion in people leadership: mentoring, coaching, and supporting others through growth.
As a manager, I thrived on building strong one-on-one relationships and guiding my team through challenges. As a manager of managers, I learned how to develop other leaders and scale my own leadership capacity.
Over time, it became clear that the most fulfilling part of my work wasn’t solving technical problems - it was empowering others to grow in their careers and lead with clarity and confidence. That realization was part of my pivot into coaching.
My style is both supportive and practical. It’s shaped by my training with the Co-Active Training Institute, a coaching model grounded in curiosity, exploration and whole-person growth. Through empathetic listening and structured, actionable strategies, I help clients focus on what matters most and take meaningful next steps towards their goals.
