I’m a former senior engineering leader with over a decade of experience in tech at companies like Apple, Square, and Intuit. I know what it’s like to navigate growing scope, shifting identities, and high-stakes decisions while trying to lead well and live well.

I’ve also experienced burnout and long-haul illness, and rebuilt a career in a way that honors both ambition and sustainability - something many of my clients are working toward in their own ways.

Though my background is in engineering, I found my true passion in people leadership: mentoring, coaching, and supporting others through growth. As a manager, I thrived on building strong one-on-one relationships and guiding my team through challenges. As a manager of managers, I learned how to develop other leaders and scale my own leadership capacity. Over time, it became clear that the most fulfilling part of my work wasn’t solving technical problems - it was empowering others to grow in their careers and lead with clarity and confidence. That realization was part of my transition into coaching.

My coaching style is both supportive and practical, shaped by my training with the Co-Active Training Institute and grounded in curiosity, exploration and whole-person growth. Through empathetic listening and structured, actionable strategies, I help clients focus on what matters most and take meaningful next steps.
