I believe leadership is personal.
The challenges leaders face are rarely just operational. They're often deeply human.
A new role can surface self-doubt. A growing team can expose old habits. A difficult decision can reveal competing values. The most meaningful leadership growth happens when we're willing to examine not only what we're doing, but how we're thinking, responding, and showing up.
That's why my work focuses on the whole leader: sustainable growth comes from developing both the person and the professional.
A Coach Who’s Been in the Room
My career began in software engineering, where I spent years solving complex technical problems in fast-paced environments. While I enjoyed the technical work, I found myself increasingly drawn to something else: people.
I moved into engineering leadership and thrived most building strong one-on-one relationships, helping individuals find their footing during periods of change. Later, as a manager of managers, I learned how to develop leaders, expand my own perspective, and support growth at a larger scale.
Over time, a clear pattern emerged. The work I was most energized by - and best at - was helping people think more clearly, grow with intention, and lead with greater confidence. That realization led me to coaching.
